Refund Policy

Order Modifications or Cancellation

After placing your order, you have 12 hours to contact our customer support team to request any order modifications or cancellation.

After 12 hours, your order will already be in production and can no longer be modified or cancelled because our products are made to order.

Personalized Products

Many of our items are personalized and custom-made specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for personalized items once they have been produced.

Please make sure that all personalization details such as names, states, dates, and other custom information are entered correctly before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the item received

Once reviewed, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund depending on the situation.

Please do not return items without contacting support first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Return Policy

Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
